I chose A Rose for Emily by William Faulkner & The Oval Portrait by Edgar Allan Poe to look at through Structuralism Theory because the both seem to follow they same pattern. Like Structuralism works to point out, they follow similar patters pertaining to a tragic love story despite being very different stories.
