MULTIPLE REASONS: This motive is ranked low because it is one of the ones where nothing specific is being mentioned. Although, ranked high as the article goes into many reasons to what drives hackers to a life of cyber-crime such as how they are financially motivated.
BOREDOM: this motive relating to the article is one of the few that makes the least sense as the article shows to be about cyberbully and how online sexual grooming of children is on the rise.
FOR MONEY: this motive is one of the ones that makes the lease sense simply because of the others ones making the most sense.
RECOGNITION: Recognition is realizing something or identifying it. In these case the motive is one of the few that makes sense rated at 7 in the article something is identified being the crimes used by using TOR or VPNs for computer Misuse acts crimes. Although, it is not relatable to the motive as it simply does not compare to the other one.
