A Bit About Me

My name is Gael Cardoso, and here are a few things you should know about me…

❃ I am a sophomore at Old Dominion University and plan to get a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and a minor in Business

❃ I am very engaged in extracurriculars on and off campus. I am a brother in the Fraternity of Pi Kappa Phi, where I have served on the Executive Board for two consecutive years. I am in the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) ODU Chapter, I am in the Coastal Virginia Cybersecurity Student Association (CVCSA) Club at ODU, and I am also a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), where I help children with Autism around the 757

❃I have taken many Cybersecurity classes in the past semesters, such as PHIL 355E, CYSE 425W, CYSE 200T, CYSE 280, and now I am ready to take on CYSE 201S

❃ Right now, the things I’m aiming to learn about in Cybersecurity are the certifications I plan to get and coding!
