I learned a lot from this assignment I understand the different emotion’s. The two different emotion’s Socially disengaged and Socially Engaged meaning that these are break up of different way we as humans react to different things. I overcame a lot in my life like getting a college degree working on another one. Getting accepted into ODU my dream school and becoming the person I am today. My learning disability has made me stronger and a better women.As we grow up, we become more skilled in understanding emotions. Instead of just reacting like little kids do, we can identify what we feel and put it into words.Emotional awareness helps us know what we need and want (or don’t want!). It helps us build better relationships. That’s because being aware of our emotions can help us talk about feelings more clearly, avoid or resolve conflicts better, and move past difficult feelings more easily.
