Outside of the classroom, I worked on improving my Spanish by participating in the Lingro Learning course online that helped me advance not only my knowledge in Spanish, but also educate myself in the culture of the people around the world and how their Spanish heritage impacts their lives.

I also downloaded the app ‘Babbel’ which helps my understanding and usage for Spanish and encourages me to set goals and daily reminders to practice Spanish speaking and writing.  With the app I am able to participate in Spanish wherever I go and study the language at my own pace without stress of a grade or time limit on activities.
