Over seen operations and maintenance of all electrical and propulsion equipment maintaining 100% ship’s mission readiness. Participated in Casualty Control drill assessment as Electrical Plant Control Console Operator with a final score of 97% while the standard score is 80%. Planned and coordinated multiple transfers from Ship power to Shore services, without incident or mishaps. While promoted to a Quality Assurance Supervisor, overseen the modernization and maintenance of 64 Amphibious Assault Crafts resulting in the 100% mission readiness for the Navy.
