I completed the General Self-Efficiency Scale (GSE) and I was shocked at my score. I have always thought of myself as fairly confident in my work and efficiency, however, my score was a 30, or the mean score being 3. Proportionately speaking, that is a 75% on this self-efficiency scale. I now know I have some work to do and some problems to navigate. Below is a picture of my results.
