It is becoming increasingly necessary for businesses to conduct deviance training so that they can learn from earlier mistakes made by other employees and thereby prevent future problems in the workplace. Technology has created many more avenues for workplace deviancy to occur, as well as made it much easier to do and much more difficult to catch.
