I completed the NEO inventory and the results I must say, were pretty spot on. The NEO inventory broadly measures 5 different domains of an individual’s personality. Here are my results: Neuroticism; Very High, Extraversion; Average, Agreeableness; Average, Conscientiousness; High, Openness; Very Low.

My personality is quite consistent with my results. I am a very emotional person and have strong empathy for others. I tend to overthink and experience a lot of anxiety and stress as a result. I have a constant desire to help people even when I know I do not have the means. There are times when I am very extraverted. I have friends who think I am the life of the party. Other times, if not most of the time, I am alone in my own space with my thoughts and comfort items. My vibe depends on the environment around me and energies I pick up. The inventory did not pick up on the more playful side of me. I love being around people who get me out of my shell and allow me to express myself. If I am not familiar with the person present, I may come off a bit shy. I crave balance in my life which is consistent with my results. I prefer to do things in a less complicated way to avoid as much stress as possible. I tend to get overwhelmed easily and so I try to find a happy medium in all situations. While this is all true, I am usually not very organized and do not make many plans or preparations. This in turn causes unnecessary stress in my life that could very well be avoided. According to the results, I have a warm heart and are generally trusting and agreeable. I would have to agree with these results. I have been told by many people that I am a very nice person. The assessment also stated that I can be stubborn and competitive and I believe they took the words right out of my mothers mouth.
