Upon reviewing the Course Objectives listed in the syllabus I feel better prepared to begin my studies in this course. It gave me a good understanding of what content and resources I will be exposed to as well as what skills I should focus on developing throughout this course. I expect this course to expose me to cultures other than my own Not only their customs but also how they impact other cultures around them including ours. I also would like learn how we study other cultures from a psychological standpoint. I am hoping this class will teach me how different cultures perceive the world, how to handle culture differences professionally, and how to relate to those of other cultures. I intend to enter this course with an open mindset in order to be successful as well as check blackboard frequently for assignments and announcements.
