The styles of love are, by far, my favorite assignment. During this assignment, I learned a lot about myself and why I am the way I am. During this assignment, I learned the six styles of love created by John Alan Lee. The six classes of love are Agape, Ludus, Eros, Mania, Pragma, and Storge. These six styles of love help determine the type of lover a person is. The six techniques of love also help decide which kind of love a person can be attracted to. During this assignment, I learned how I was more of Ludus than expected. The Ludus style of love sees love as a game.
They also tend to be low on commitment. At first, I did not believe that I was a Ludus, but it started to make sense. When I do not have a lover, I am not committed. Each person is a combination of all six styles of love. The test that shows the six types of love has a total of forty-two questions. The questions are answered from number one through five. Those questions are to be split into seven questions. Lastly, add and divide each section of seven questions. The lower the score is from the average, the more a person is like that style of love. I have learned that some love styles I do not want to be like, and now that I know that, I want to change them. I encourage everybody to take this test and get to learn about yourself as a lover.
