I know I haven&#8217;t totally loved myself yet, but based on this chapter, I believe I have been recognizing and practicing it for some time, and it felt nice. What&#8217;s unfortunate is that I allowed someone into my life who made me doubt it. As a result, it is critical not to rush into a relationship. and to love yourself as much as you possibly can till no one could persuade you otherwise.I&#8217;m so relieved; I&#8217;ve begun to take better care of myself, and I&#8217;m feeling more at ease and content. It took a long time to discover it, but having relationship objectives is incredible. However, spending more time understanding oneself might lead to unexpected experiences, so it&#8217;s all worth it.
