There are any reasons to use the NIST Framework. Its sole purpose is tho reduce and help companies manage their Cybersecurity. The way the frame work helps with that is it provides companies with methods to meet their Cybersecurity needs. The ways it helps is by using methods like, creating framework profiles, knowing the core of the framework and knowing how to develop an understanding on how to treat and react to Cybersecurity problems. Creating target profiles, Knowing the different tiers to understand what risk this even has entailed. It also hleps with establishing and improving your Cybersecurity programs. Ways I would use it down the road would be to let people know the different ways to deal with the problems and the ways to resolve the problem. Knowing the different risk tiers can help with that. The NIST Framework is something every company should use. If they dont they are at a severe Cybersecurity disadvantage and Cybersecurity threat.
