About two weeks ago, I decided to start pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Recently, I’ve been feeling very lethargic during the day and I started to notice that I was eating more junk food than nutritious food. I discovered that the food that I was putting into my body directly related to how I felt during the day. I have started to consume more green foods and cut out a lot of the processed foods that I was eating before. Since doing this, I have noticed significant improvement in my mood and my energy levels. I plan on continuing my healthy lifestyle for the foreseeable future, with the holidays as an exception of course!
