    • Improving efficiency in communication skills
    • Being a nurse advocate both inside and Outside of the hospital
  • Long Term Goals
    • Graduating with a Bachelors of Nursing
    • Working as a nurse pediatrician or Labor and Delivery nurse
    • Advancing my career as a nurse or earning a certification in a specific degree 
    • Being able to mentor and being a role model to others
    • Becoming involved in my community, conferences, and organizations
