   In this essay, the discussion with be revolving around having a thriving business with limited resources. What is the next step when you have a limited budget? How to balance the training of your company, while still adding to your company, so it can thrive and show increase for your business to continue to develop in the future. In the case of having limited budget and resources in the cybersecurity field, you have to balance your finances because you still have to do the necessary things for your business to be successful. The first step to balancing your finances is having a financial team, that is qualified and understands the importance of maintaining the company’s money.

  This way the company can develop a plan to give different areas of the company the attention it needs for the company to be successful as a whole. Now, that there is a team and system in place you can focus on improving the company, by investing into the training of your employees. This is important for your company, because your employees have to be qualified and have integrity along with character, so you can trust them to do their daily jobs. While doing this, you still want to add to your company from a technology side, so you can improve the skills your company can provide. This includes updated security, servers, computers, appliances in the office, etc.

  This is how I would handle my company, if I was presented with limited resources and budget. I would have people in place and a system to manage the money, while still investing into my company to build and improve it so that it can flourish. It might happen as fast, but this way will be efficient without my business going bankrupt.
