Advanced Cybersecurity Law & Policy
This course addresses cyber law, specifically the U.S. laws affecting cyberspace and digital worlds, having to do with both criminal and civil legal matters. Cyber operations and its limits are also addressed in terms of cyberspace and current laws, both national and international. It also focuses U.S. regulations, policies and laws.
