Within the past month and a half, I have been exposed to a wide range of different roles within the department of adminstration in the hospital. Each role has a purpose and valid reason for its contributions in ensuring patients have a safe and positive stay, and that they are well taken care of. My main duties typically consist of helping forumlated and implemented any policies that will help improve patient satisfication and efficiency, work at Guest Services Representative front desk greeting patients and checking them in, attend meetings with Preceptor for observation, and lastly participate in any projects that are assigned to me. Overall knowledge and skills, and adminstrative skills that will help me later on in the future.
