Caring for a patient do not just take one person, but it takes a fully equipped team of healthcare professionals and staff. By the end of my internship, I hope to better understand why newly developed methods of supports are utilized to provide a better sense of care for the patient. I intend to achieve these goals further my understanding that not only physical and verbal support is only necessary but spiritual and emotional support can help uplift a patient who may be having a hard time. I plan to interact with the patients if able, by providing a warm welcome and ask them if there is anything I could do to help them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand how health care systems are managaed and coordinated using various administrative tasks and tactics. Over the next few months, I will be shawdoing multiple individuals. Each day that I am with someone different, I hope I gain and understanding hwo important their job is and what they do to contribute. Hopefully, I will be able to directly &#8220;work&#8221; a day in the life of everyone in the Guest Services department. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve skills of efective communication, and advance my communication skill and improve efficiency. I plan to improve both my communication skills and efficiency my using my knowledge on everything I learned and applying to relavent situations. With continous practice I will be able to commincate with anyone and how to address them appropriately.
