I learned that even though it was so long ago, everything that happened around that situation hurt me a lot more than I remembered. I learned that no matter how much I deny about having preconceived biases towards gender, I still have some biases I cannot ignore. I learned that although I didn&#8217;t expect it, Japan is a lot more male dominated than I expected. From this artifact I learned that I have grown as a person even when I am overwhelmed now. I learned that as much as physical health is important, the importance of my physical health is based off my mental health, in other words my happiness.
