Hola, My name is Madyson Hernandez, I’m 20 years old and I am from Northern Virginia (Woodbridge to be exact.) I’m Puerto Rican and Jamaican, and my goal is to get a gist of learning proper Spanish since I didn’t get to learn Spanish growing up. I study Psychology here at ODU with a double minor in Women’s Studies and Human Services. My career goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with my own private practice. This way I’ll be able to cater to multiple marginalized groups if I’m able to fully learn the Spanish language while also being able to cater to the LGBTQIA+ community and the Black community. 🙂
