Assignment Takeaway

Assignment 5 Takeaway

I really enjoyed assignment five. It really showed me how much it would benefit myself to actually help a stranger. We don’t really pay attention to the affects that we have on people, especially strangers. I was extremely proud of myself and all of the deeds that I contributed to. I really would like to start doing those type of things on a regular basis.

Assignment 4 Takeaway

This assignment was actually fun. I loved taking the styles of love test and finding out my scores. It opened my eyes to the way that I really am in my relationships. There were some things that I knew, but other things I did not realize. The ironic thing is, I had been working on my flaws within my new relationship. Taking this test confirmed that it is okay to let go, and let love take its course.

Assignment 3 Takeaway

This is assignment was very enlightening. I feel as though I had to take a look at myself, and how I view others. I distinctively remember not watching the clip of Michael Richard’s tirade, because I did not want to look at him differently. This assignment forced me to watch the clip and form an opinion. I was heartbroken by his words and actions. To see it for myself and realize that he meant every word, was disheartening. His apology was even more sickening, and I will never look at him the same.

Assignment 2 Takeaway

This assignment allowed me to actually sit back and think about why it is important for me to post pictures on social media. I realized that there are so many reasons why, but I really do like to promote self-love. All of the pictures I chose to write about were happy, and made me very proud of the person that I am. Granted, while I was posting these pictures, I was not thinking about promoting self-love. This assignment helped me realize that was what I was doing. I reflected back on all of those moments, and was happy that I didn’t want to change a thing about them.
