I am also the type of student who procrastinates omn just about everything possible and still gets good grades. I know that is not something to be proud of, which I am not, but still it feels as if it lowers the stress. I see myself as an overall great student, with a couple of bad habits. I am resiliet and rarely give up. Well when asked about my current confidence level as a student, I was at first stumped. But now that I have thought about it I can say that my confidence level is moderate at best. Meaning it is not too high or too low it is right in the middle, if we are rating on a scale. I feel like what would increase my confidence levels is if I actually took my time on assignments, as well as taking a minute to breathe. I know prioritizing mental health is important, but I also feel that as a black college student who is also a woman, it is not a luxury I will ever recieve. See confidence comes from comfortablity to me and it is hard to feel 100% confident in majority white spaces. To raise my confidece it would be nice to see more black people in the classroom as major educators. When I took the self-efficacy test, I got a result of 29 (2.9 once you divide by 10). When relating the result to my task accomplishments it could be said that I have some work to do to become an efficent student. But I do see the overall correlation of my academics and self-efficacy. I have the means to finish assignments to the best of my ability, but often getting in my head. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Blog 2 I believe that I am the type of student who stresses themselves out about assignments\/exams and then ends up performing well.
