Having excellent communication skills is a a great skill to have in order to be a successful leader. It will help the people acknowledge that you are easier to come and talk to. It will also teach me how to listen effectively and respond appropriately to feedback. These skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and fostering healthy workplace relationships. By improving my communication skills, I will gain confidence and become more effective in my interactions with others.

2. Gaining More Knowledge in the Healthcare Field as a Leader:

Securing this internship and gaining hands-on experience will help me learn about what it takes to be successful in this field. I will be exposed to real-world situations that help me understand industry practices and tools. This practical knowledge often extends beyond what is taught in the classroom, even though it provides us with the basics of how to succeed in our careers. From my experience in the healthcare field, it have taught me that internships are a great way to link with professionals in the industry.
