In this interview, I asked a family friend a few questions about her career. Her name is Alyssa Bohm and she is a nurse at Sentara. To become a nurse she had to go through the rigors of nursing school and graduated with a bachelors degree in nursing. After graduating, she went through trial and error when it came to the NCLEX licensure exam. Her struggles were worth it in the end, for she passed and was able to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a nurse.

In a brief summary of the interview she talked about why she wanted to become a nurse, the challenges that come along with the profession, and things that have surprised her throughout her nursing career. We further talked about sustainability in her work environment and if she believes in sustainability in general. She agreed that sustainability should integrated in the work environment. She stated that there are sustainability practices in her place of work, she also mentioned that sustainability is important. Something that I have learned from this interview was that I should keep trying to achieve my goal of becoming a nurse and I also learned more about sustainability and how it is implanted in the hospital.
