What major am I pursuing? I am pursuing a Nursing major.

Why did I choose this major? I realized I wanted to be a nurse when I was very young. I was in the doctors office and emergency rooms frequently due to medical reasons. Every time I went, the nurses always made me feel very comfortable. I then realized that I wanted to be the person for someone who made a scary environment not seem so scary.
