Creating a digital persona

As an athlete myself, I spend most everyday doing (and thinking) something related to sport. When creating a social media persona related to sport, I felt as if there were so many things I could talk about. Fitness, nutrition, mental strategies, all of the above. With so many interests in different areas of the sport world, it made sense to me to not pick one specific one. This is what a persona is, its creating outreach of information that you enjoy and think about regularly, and want to help others if they’re interested as well.

On the platform X (formerly Twitter) i’ve created an account and made some posts that have so far related mostly to sport nutrition and ideas. This is an area I am genuinely interested in and love to interact and discuss opinions about.

This was a recent post of mine highlighting my breakfast from Friday morning. I had a baseball game of Friday at 3pm, so I wanted clean and calorie dense breakfast to start my day off right. I share posts like this with hopes that people will see this and share their opinions on what I could add of other meals I could try, or simply share pictures of their breakfasts as well.
In another recent post, I highlighted my morning shot of espresso and discussed its benefits. Caffiene is something I believe to be undervalued and under-appreciated for high level athletes, as it can give a boost to multiple areas of ones game, cognitive function, physical energy, etc.
