My name is Trevor Holmes and I am the creator and editor of this blog. Currently, I am a junior at Old Dominion University majoring in Exercise Science and minoring Physical Education. Outside of college I serve in the United States Army National Guard as an artilleryman, and an entrepreneur running my own personal training business. My current goals are to purse a medical degree and own my own Chiropracting practice. I am taking this course in hope of learning more about community I will be servicing in my field. Some of hobbies include playing sports, cooking, working out, and shooting!
