Furthermore, social proof such as customer evaluations and testimonials influence me. Seeing other people’s positive experiences gives me trust in a product or service. Finally, emotional marketing appeals that link a product or service to feelings of happiness, security, or belonging have a tremendous impact on me. These methods make me feel a stronger, more intimate connection to the business or product.
