Reflecting on my college experience, I recall working in a group where I had the chance to take on a leadership role. However, due to my insecurities, I passed on this opportunity, giving it to another group member. This was a missed opportunity for personal and professional development. Leadership would have allowed me to hone my organizational, team management, and decision-making abilities. Such incidents serve as learning opportunities in entrepreneurship, emphasizing the necessity of self-confidence and grabbing possibilities for growth and development.
