My reflection of the practicum observation is that I learned a lot about classroom management and how the department works together to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely.  In my reflection, I will offer situations both good and bad that will hopefully make me be a better educator than I would of been without spending my time at Hugo Owens Middle School.
