Time management involves being more aware of what you spend your time on, planning out how you\u2019re going to spend your time, and eliminating distractions and interruptions that keep you from completing tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Like any other skill, time management takes practice. Here are some steps to becoming an expert time manager, and some resources to help you along the way.<\/p>\n<p>If time management is the hero that saves you from wasted time and last-minute stress, then <span style=\"color: #000080\"><strong>procrastination<\/strong><\/span> is the supervillain. Can you remember a time when you\u2019ve thought, \u201cI really need to get ____ done,\u201d but for some reason, you can\u2019t seem to make yourself finish it?
