My name is Hunter Murphy, 21, and I am going to ODU to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity. I am taking this Spanish class because I would like to explore my horizons and learn more about Spanish. I am from Virginia Beach, Virginia. In the IT field, I am going to need to know Spanish and other languages so I see what they are saying. I also transferred from Tidewater Community College this year to ODU. I am a junior in college.

In My Free Time

In my free time, I make youtube comedy skits, read books, and go to work part-time at Chick-fil-A. Doing youtube skits, I would like to make people laugh and make skits that would happen on an everyday basis such as topics about family, friend issues, self issues. Also, I would like to think of it as when you are in a situation that hasn’t gone your way or why did he or she say that, it’s almost like what would happen if I would’ve said this versus what you should say. I have been at Chick-fil-A for 2 years and I am a certified trainer in the back of the house. So far I do like it but, it is a lot of work. I love reading books that are either thriller or suspicious. My favorite book is called wolf rider.

Goals

My family does revolve around computers and electronics. My dad just got his master’s in cybersecurity from Norfolk State University. In the future, hopefully, I can work for the government and watch the internet traffic to see any malicious activity on the computer or fix computers at a big business like geek squad.
