My role focused on project coordination, training support, documentation management, and cross-team communication. In this role, I acted as a coordination point between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones. I supported training sessions, maintained documentation, tracked action items, and ensured project updates were communicated clearly. One challenge I faced was managing competing priorities while ensuring no task was overlooked. I responded by developing stronger organizational systems, proactively following up on open items, and improving how I structured my workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this internship, I learned that technical systems depend not only on engineering expertise but also on strong project management and communication. I developed greater confidence in professional communication, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
