Review the articles linked with each individual motive in the presentation page or Slide #4.  Rank the motives from 1 to 7 as the motives that you think make the most sense (being 1) to the least sense (being 7).  Explain why you rank each motive the way you rank it.

Here is my ranking for the most to least resonable motives for cybercrime:

1.) Money is the key motivation, as financial gain is frequently an appealing and rewarding option for cyber criminals.

2.) Following closely is revenge, which can inspire people to commit crimes out of strong emotional impulses, making it understandable and plausible to the attacker.

3.) Political motivations, such as hacktivism, are next, resulting from ideological solutions that challenge authority.

4.) Recognition comes in fourth since some cyber criminals may desire notoriety within hidden hacker communities even if their motivation is less visible.

5.) Entertainment scores sixth, indicating a craving for excitement but no real stakes.

6.) Multiple causes rank sixth because of their ambiguity.

7.) Finally, boredom comes in last, signifying a careless and immature viewpoint regarding the consequences of cybercrime.
