Dear Potential Job Recruiters and Companies,

I am a hardworking, motivated senior at Old Dominion University who is about to graduate in May 2024. I am hopefully seeking internships/entry-level positions that will provide me with the necessary experience and skills to get my foot in the door. My cyber security skills/resume, together with my personality, make me an ideal prospect for jobs in the information technology industry. It would also be an excellent opportunity for me to apply what I’ve learned in school and via my projects to the field.

As my resume shows, I have worked as an infotech specialist at my school’s Help Desk for nearly two years and have earned my Comptia Security+ certification. During my time as a student, I also learned about key principles in the field and I believe I am prepared to enter this field. I am also actively working on getting my CISSP and obtaining top security clearance after graduation.
