My CYSE 495 Cyber Election Security taught me about election security and how elections are a cornerstone of democracy. This course primarily focused on how elections are becoming increasingly vulnerable to attacks, as well as the history, current issues, and future prospects for election security. Some of the topics covered include developing election defense strategies, hacking campaigns and voter data and election systems as critical infrastructure.

For this class, the majority of the course work consisted of discussion boards and homework assignments in which we were required read a chapter bi-weekly and summarize that chapter in our own words as well as a research paper. Down below I will attach one of my homework assignment, just copy and past the link into a web browser to view.
