Although I had worked in Linux before, this class was the one that really gave me the practice through repetition to feel comfortable working in Linux systems. One skill that I really got to practice was using command line interface to do different tasks like maneuvering through directories or troubleshooting down connections.
Another skill that is useful not only in a professional environment, but also in day-to-day life is local storage management. CYSE 270 taught me how I could partition disks and how I could manipulate my local storage to work most optimally for myself or for whatever conditions I might need to meet for a client in my job.
