As I pursue my degree in leadership and a career in Human Resources, strong leadership skills will allow me to make fair decisions, communicate effectively, and create a positive work environment. Overall, leadership helps me grow personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact on the people I work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artifact #1: <\/strong> This blueprint is a document I created at work to keep my career path clear and focused. It outlines the position I aim to achieve and the steps I need to take to get there.
