In this position, she creates, facilitates, and assesses faculty professional development, program design, and student support in regards to incorporating digital tools into course and curricular design.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-186 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.wp.odu.edu\/idwreport2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9059\/2018\/06\/Weaver-Megan-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"146\" height=\"146\" \/><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/meganmweaver.weebly.com\/\">Megan Weaver<\/a><\/strong> is a PhD Candidate in the English department at Old Dominion\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">University. Her research focuses on developing students&#8217; and teachers&#8217; c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">ritical language awareness <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">\u00a0in the writing\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">classroom. From August<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">\u00a02016 to May 2018, she worked as the Assistant to the Writing Program Administ<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">rat<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">or, organizing and facilitating professional development opportunities for<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">\u00a0faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-225 alignleft\" style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.wp.odu.edu\/idwreport2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9059\/2018\/07\/portrait.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"186\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\"><strong>Dan Cox<\/strong> is the ePortfolio Support Position as part of the ePortfolios and Digital Initiatives for The Center for High Impact Practic<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem\">es at Old Dominion University (ODU).
