Answer: For our Information Technology business, we would employ several different workstations, one or two servers, and add a BYOD policy to conduct for the business. Workstations for employees would be invaluable to our business, since employees will need a station make reports regarding their sessions with clients, call clients with for appointments through the use of zoom sessions, use virtualization to simulate OS’s and discover possible issues that can come from them, and many more resources that would be crucial to running the business. In addition, one or two servers that could house the information system for our website, a database for reports on IT support methods, or even storage for cloud computing could greatly increase the accessibility and efficiency for our business, both for customers and our employees. While a BOYD policy may be a concern security-wise, mobile devices are to be the only encouraged device to be used while on the job, in case employees need to call clients directly as a secondary option to Zoom calls. In short, these types of computers could greatly serve to benefit the business, especially for communications, cloud computing, resource management and organization, and information storage.
