Answer: In my information technology business that offers technical support services, I’ll implement e-commerce through offering our technical service in a business-to-customer type, implement a way to pay through either e-commerce or m-commerce, and have a presence on three platforms of e-commerce. As our business will focus on offering technical support for Windows computer issues, we’ll be engaging in e-commerce to constantly engage in business with customers for various issues that they may face. In return for offering our services, customers will have an option to either play online with a credit/debit card or use m-commerce payments like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Paypal. To ensure growth of our business through its marketing and performance, we’ll have our main website where most of the information and business will take place, in addition to an Email. In conclusion, e-commerce will have a very large part in our business operation and would be almost impossible to operate without.
