Question: Write at least one paragraph using the Rule of Five structure (one or more introductory sentence(s), at least three supporting sentences, and one or more concluding sentences) that describe how you would use a CRM in your business.
Answer: For our Information Technology business, we would use a CRM in our business to collect customer data to improve various aspects of my business that need room for improvement, strengthen specific job training aspects for better customer relationship, and to find better ways to appeal and market to customers. Using a CRM in tandem with a PRM, we would collect customer information and reviews to find the flaws with the procedures and overall efficiency of offering our technical services, and how to fix certain aspects like communication, problem-solving, etc. In addition, we could also use a CRM along with a ERM to identify strong and important goals to pursue using customer feedback, like improving employee training and performance to better communicate and build relationships with our customers. Lastly, getting feedback from customers through a CRM could offer valuable information for the type of assistance and problem-solving that customers are looking for, that way we can market and advertise our business more efficiently. Overall, a CRM would greatly benefit our organization in order to offer very valuable feedback to improve our processes and functions, to further help and offer improved services to our customers.
