Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs can be reflected in my experiences with technology. At the physiological level, having a reliable internet connection allows me to access information and resources essential for daily tasks, like online banking or grocery shopping. Moving up to safety needs, I use security software to protect my devices from malware, ensuring my personal data remains secure.

For love and belonging, social media helps me maintain connections with friends and family, facilitating meaningful interactions. At the esteem level, I use platforms like LinkedIn to showcase my skills and achievements, boosting my professional identity. Finally, at the self-actualization level, I leverage online courses and resources to develop new skills and pursue personal growth, such as learning a new language or exploring creative hobbies. Each level highlights how technology enhances various aspects of my life.
