For this assignment, my professor tasked me with writing a 300-word journal entry on what a framework is and how it is used in cybersecurity. I was able to describe a framework as something that sets up rules and acts as a guideline for others. I was also able to tell how frameworks can help in the field of cybersecurity by setting up standards on how people should set up their security and how to deal with cyber threats or security breaches.
