Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs relates closely to my life in respect of technology. Starting from the physiological, where I do basic ordering online and other apps to check sleep and fitness, or continuing safety where antivirus, two-factor authentication, and other GPS help me in living or going around the place securely online or offline. Regarding love and belonging, I connect with my friends and family through Instagram and other social media means that help me stay in touch despite the distance. Technology supports the esteem needs when I present my skills on platforms like LinkedIn or use creative software to receive recognition and develop confidence. Finally, at the self-actualization level, through accessing online resources such as coding tutorials or educational videos, I can grow in my goal of becoming a game designer.
