Discussion on the “Short Arm” for predictive Knowledge
After the reading I believe the best way to approach the development of cyber policy and infrastructure is to adapt. Vulnerabilities and malware are always changing therefore the only way to beat that is to create new techniques that can deal with these ever changing threats. Since it is impossible for us to predict the future before it happens we must adapt.
