During the final 100 hours of my internship with the\u00a0Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA)\u00a0in the\u00a0CReST program, my responsibilities expanded and allowed me to gain deeper insight into administrative operations within a behavioral health setting. Much of my work focused on supporting essential administrative processes that keep the program functioning efficiently. One of my tasks involved completing the\u00a0Bank of America logs and Sam\u2019s Club logs, which strengthened my attention to detail and helped me better understand how financial documentation supports program accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also participated in\u00a0supervision with my preceptor, where I received guidance, feedback, and clarification on administrative workflows.
