This is a little about me! My name is Jalen Slater. I am a 20-year-old African American male who was born on November 21st, 2003. I am from a small town called Westmoreland, but it’s better known to many individuals as “Westside.” I attended Washington & Lee High School where I made history by being a part of the last graduating class.  I am currently a sophomore at Old Dominion University. I came to ODU to pursue a career in Cybersecurity, so that’s what I decided to major in. Choosing my major wasn’t a hard decision due to the fact that I have a strong interest in working with any form of technology. After graduating from ODU, I plan on further pursuing my Cybersecurity career.
