Timeline

The evaluator will have an interview with the direct support staff of Southside Community Services Board. The interview with the direct support staff will be on October 28, 2019. In the interview the evaluator will be asking questions relating to how the program meet the needs of the population they serve. What type of resources are being used and how is the clients responding to those resources. If possibly I will also ask for the clients records to see how their progress is going in the program.

The evaluator will also interview the clients who are higher functioning of the Southside Community Services Board. The interview with the clients will also be the same day as the interview with the direct support staff, but it will be held after I have interviewed the staff. I will ask questions relating to how their needs are being met and how they feel about the program.

Timeline: October 28, 2019

9:00am- The interview with the direct support staff will be held.

10:00am- The interview with the clients will be held.

11:00am-12:00pm- The evaluator will be observing the clients and staff while they are participating in the activities of the program.
